Negroni is a high-end leather shoe company specialising in the driving shoe industry. One of their key growth drivers is the overseas export market.

After sharing many options with the client, the chosen line “Luxury to cruise in” was not only used across the brand communications but forever immortalized in the shoe soles themselves.

For the release of the Wild Penny II, I was briefed to create a full page ad in Octane driving magazine. I created a design highlighting its waterproof ability, inspired by the visual of an Olympic diver entering water.

A key differentiator for the brand is their technology. I research and translated technical data to create succinct, consumer-facing explanations for the global website.

NEGRONIが世界で初めてドライビングシューズやレザーグッズで正式採用を許されたこの“COATED” CARBON PREPREG (略称C.C.P)は日本国内で極秘裏に開発された超先端カーボン素材である。

NEGRONI is the first in the world to officially combine driving shoes and leather goods with “COATED” CARBON PREPREG (CCP), a super-advanced carbon material covertly developed in Japan. Resistant to tears and virtually impossible to crease, it offers a future-facing material identity.


CHIORINO CARBON LEATHER

NEGRONIのドライビングシューズで象徴的に使用されている最高級のカーボンレザーは、1906年イタリア・ヴィエッラ創業のキオリーノ社で製造されている。

Manufactured by Italy’s Chiorino (est. 1906), this finest carbon leather is symbolically used in Negroni’s shoes. Hefty and abrasive resistant, it portrays an icon of the motorsport industry.
